i have had several electric knives in my 53 years of marriage and this is the worst one ever. couldn't even get the blades to go in right. am returning it for a refund. lou

First of all, the blades were extremely hard to be inserted. After I finally got them inserted I tried the knife out. The lock button is a joke. It has to pushed in and held every time you make a cut. It can not just be set at the unlock position. I returned the knife. (The bad part is that I did not get reimbursed for the shipping costs.)
